石墨烯填充高导热塑料研究进展

阐述了石墨烯和石墨烯填充高导热塑料的制备方法及导热性能,并对几种石墨烯/聚合物复合材料的制备方法进行了对比。分析了影响石墨烯填充高导热塑料导热性能的因素,并对石墨烯及其填充高导热复合材料的研究方向及发展前景进行了展望。     

酒钢焦化厂无水氨装置优化

介绍了无水氨生产工艺,分析了影响无水氨生产的不利因素,提出增加水冷洗萘装置、改进脱硫后捕雾装置、强化无水氨系统保温等具体措施,以优化无水氨生产工艺,为类似地区新建、改建无水氨装置提供了借鉴。     

用重残油配制燃料油的研究

利用重残油替代部分蒽油,与沥青配制成合格的燃料油,既扩大了沥青的销路,又降低了配制燃料油的成本。研究过程分为实验室小试与生产中试两部分,通过小试得到最佳配比,中试产品的指标全部符合要求。     

注塑工艺对ASA光泽的影响

采用双螺杆挤出机加入消光剂等助剂制备了不同光泽的高耐候丙烯腈–苯乙烯–丙烯酸酯塑料(ASA),并研究了注塑温度、注射速度、模具温度、保压压力以及保压时间等注塑工艺对ASA注塑制品表面光泽的影响。结果表明,消光剂在ASA中有很好的哑光效果,通过控制其添加量可以获得力学性能和低光泽综合性能优异的哑光ASA。注塑工艺对ASA光泽研究结果显示,模具温度和注塑温度是影响ASA表面光泽的最主要工艺参数。在合理的注塑加工范围内,适当地提高注塑温度、模具温度和保压压力,以及适当地延长保压时间可以获得低光泽效果优异的注塑件。     

Fluorogenic Sequencing Using Halogen‐Fluorescein‐Labeled Nucleotides

Fluorogenic sequencing is a sequencing‐by‐synthesis technology that combines the advantages of pyrosequencing and fluorescence detection. With native duplex DNA as the major product, we employ polymerase to incorporate the complement‐ arily matched terminal phosphate‐labeled fluorogenic nucleotides into the DNA template and release halogen‐fluorescein as the reporter. This red‐emitting fluorophore successfully avoids spectral overlap with the autofluorescence background of the flow chip. We fully characterized the enzymatic reaction kinetics of the new substrates, and performed a 35‐base sequencing experiment with 60 reaction cycles. Our achievement expands the substrate repertoire for fluorogenic sequencing, and extends the spectral range to obtain better signal‐to‐background performance.     

Identification of Pathogenicity-Related Genes in Biofilm-Defective Acidovorax citrulli by Transposon Tn5 Mutagenesis

Biofilm formation is important for virulence of a large number of plant pathogenic bacteria. Indeed, some virulence genes have been found to be involved in the formation of biofilm in bacterial fruit blotch pathogen Acidovorax citrulli. However, some virulent strains of A. citrulli were unable to format biofilm, indicating the complexity between biofilm formation and virulence. In this study, virulence-related genes were identified in the biofilm-defective strain A1 of A. citrulli by using Tn5 insertion, pathogenicity test, and high-efficiency thermal asymmetric interlaced PCR (hiTAIL-PCR). Results from this study indicated that 22 out of the obtained 301 mutants significantly decreased the virulence of strain A1 compared to the wild-type. Furthermore, sequence analysis indicated that the obtained 22 mutants were due to the insertion of Tn5 into eight genes, including Aave 4244 (cation diffusion facilitator family transporter), Aave 4286 (hypothetical protein), Aave 4189 (alpha/beta hydrolase fold), Aave 1911 (IMP dehydrogenase/GMP reductase domain), Aave 4383 (bacterial export proteins, family 1), Aave 4256 (Hsp70 protein), Aave 0003 (histidine kinase, DNA gyrase B, and HSP90-like ATPase), and Aave 2428 (pyridoxal-phosphate dependent enzyme). Furthermore, the growth of mutant Aave 2428 was unaffected and even increased by the change in incubation temperature, NaCl concentration and the pH of the LB broth, indicating that this gene may be directly involved in the bacterial virulence. Overall, the determination of the eight pathogenicity-related genes in strain A1 will be helpful to elucidate the pathogenesis of biofilm-defective A. citrulli.     

尾管悬挂固井中钻杆接头伸长量计算模型建立

尾管悬挂固井作业过程中,钻杆受到多种载荷联合作用产生轴向变形;若注水泥施工步骤前的钻杆上提距离过短,会导致钻杆和尾管悬挂器在后续作业时重新扣合,使得起钻时悬挂器无法顺利脱手造成卡钻。通过对直井尾管固井施工过程中钻杆受载情况的分析,并基于钻杆接头与钻杆本体存在结构差异这一特点,提出了一种综合考虑结构场、温度场、压力场等因素的钻杆接头最大伸长量工程计算模型。运用该模型可以对尾管固井过程中钻杆的伸长量进行更加准确的分析计算,尽量减少卡钻事故。通过分析得知,静止状态下钻杆的轴向伸长量是最大的;对钻杆接头伸长量影响最大的因素是温度场,影响最小的因素是压力场,且温度对钻杆接头的影响要比对同尺寸的管柱的影响略小。     

非结构化工艺数据转换方法研究

针对非结构化工艺数据存储分散,重用率低的问题,提出以XML作为过渡的数据转换方法,通过分析非结构化工艺数据结构,提出基于分治法的数据抽取策略,利用可扩展标记语言进行工艺数据描述,建立XML描述与工艺信息模型之间的映射关系。此方法在一定程度上有效解决了传统手工数据转换效率低,成本高,一致性差等问题。     

一种模块化SOE装置的设计与实现

PAS-32SOE是重庆川仪自动化股份有限公司自主研发的一种模块化SOE装置。本文介绍了PAS-32SOE的设计与实现,其中重点阐述了基于串行通信实现的低成本、高精度的时间同步的方法。     

地形探测器接地压力对铣刨机切深精度影响的ANFIS预测

基于自适应神经网络模糊推理系统(ANFIS),利用铣刨机切深精度测定试验获得的样本数据,建立了地形探测器限深轮接地压力、铣刨深度与铣刨机切深精度之间的映射关系,并进行了验证试验,结果表明了该预测方法的有效性,同时,也为不同铣刨深度下限深轮接地压力的选择提供了依据。
